    Course Description:

The Professional Colon Hydrotherapist Certification Program at the Tennessee Institute of Colonics & Cleansing (TICC) provides a comprehensive, modern, and hands-on approach to learning the art and science of colon hydrotherapy.

    Graduates earn seven professional certifications and credentials, establishing a strong foundation for a successful career as a Certified Professional Colon Hydrotherapist.

    💻 Online Learning – 200-Hour Program

    Our 200-hour interactive online program delivers a thorough education in theory, anatomy, nutrition, and professional practice. Students receive weekly live video instruction and ongoing support to ensure success and understanding in every module.

    After completing the online studies, students participate in a seven-day in-person internship at the TICC campus in Cookeville, TN. This immersive, hands-on portion of the course provides live experience working with real clients while building confidence and technical skill.

    In-Person Training Includes:

    • Office and client preparation procedures

    • Professional sanitation and disinfection standards

    • Anatomy & Physiology review of the alimentary tract

    • Supervised hands-on sessions with clients

    Course Pre-requisites for I-ACT Professional Colon Hydrotherapy Certification Training:

    1. Student must use and/or be trained on only FDA registered devices.

    2. Student must have a high school diploma or equivalent requirement completed prior to entering training.

    3. Student is recommended to have received 1-3 colonics prior to entering training.

    4. Student must show proof that they have taken a CPR class and have a current CPR card; must be completed for final certification.

    5. Student must complete course enrollment agreement and pay tuition deposits in full prior to entering training. For more information on tuition and deposit schedules, contact TICC.

    6. Student must complete the I-ACT administrative fee form and payment to be registered for and enter online training.

  • The LIBBE Device Training Course at Tennessee Institute of Colonics and Cleansing is an intensive hands-on certification designed for medical professionals, I-ACT–certified colon hydrotherapists, spa practitioners, and personal users who wish to safely and effectively operate the FDA-registered LIBBE Colon Hydrotherapy System. This training is required to purchase a LIBBE device and is approved for individuals seeking to deepen their expertise or refresh previously completed training.

    Course Overview:

    This course provides comprehensive instruction on the operation, maintenance, and safety protocols of the LIBBE system. Students will receive guided practice on clients, gaining both clinical confidence and technical mastery.

    Topics Covered:

    • Proper use, operation, and maintenance of the LIBBE system

    • Contraindications, sanitation, and infection control

    • Disease prevention and hygiene protocols

    • Business, ethics, and advertising for professional success

    • Legal aspects and regulations surrounding colon hydrotherapy

    • Marketing strategies and client communication

    • Hands-on practical sessions — giving and receiving colon hydrotherapy sessions under supervision

    • Advance copy of the Mind Body Study Guide from LIBBE and Pre-Test

    • Copy of TICC Study Guide and materials

    • TICC quizzes and Final Test to ensure educational excellence

    Completion of the LIBBE Device Training alone does not fulfill full I-ACT certification requirements.

    Students may join I-ACT as a Member Only and complete additional required hours for full certification at a later date.

  • The Tennessee Institute of Colonics & Cleansing (TICC) provides a comprehensive, in-depth 5-day certification course in Bio Electric Lymphatic Drainage (BELD) using the INSPIRATION BELD Device.

    Elevate your skill set with TICC’s in-depth, comprehensive 5-day certification course in Bio Electric Lymphatic Drainage (BELD) using the INSPIRATION BELD Device. Designed for serious practitioners, this program blends evidence-informed theory with intensive hands-on training to ensure you graduate confident, competent, and clinic-ready.

    Couse Overview:

    • Anatomy & Physiology related to bio-electric lymphatic drainage

    • Pathology & Contraindications—recognition, safety, and client selection

    • Sanitation & Infection Control—best practices for compliant care

    • Business & Ethics—professional standards, documentation, and client communication

    Format & hours:

    • Total: 30 instructional hours

    • Hands-on: 20 hours performing supervised sessions with the INSPIRATION device

    • 5 consecutive days, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM daily

Technology Requirements

  • Access to a personal computer or laptop to complete online learning modules.

  • Stable internet connection for virtual coursework and instructor meetings.

Dress Code for In-Person Training

Professional, comfortable attire is required for all on-site sessions. Specifics are outlined below:

  • Clothing: Blue or black scrubs and closed-toe non-slip shoes. All TICC students must wear provided name tag

  • Grooming: Hair must be pulled back from the face. Nails should be short and groomed.

  • Jewelry: No big rings on hand or hanging jewelry is preferred.
