Together, we will discover where you are on your health journey and where you want to be. You will develop a strong and compelling "WHY" statement that will inspire and motivate you to keep moving forward. Your coach will guide you in creating YOUR vision of YOUR desired healthier self. Together you will build on your strengths as you learn how to make small, attainable, and realistic health goals each week to increase confidence and success. We will create a S.M.A.R.T. Goal Plan.

Discovery Call

This is an introductory phone call or Zoom video conference where we get to know each other to determine if we are a good fit for coaching together. The client will get a chance to share with the coach what they wish to achieve, and what you expect of yourself and a coach. The coach will explain the coaching process and give the client enough information to understand if health coaching is something the client views as a benefit to them and if they wish to engage in coaching.

Private Coaching Session
Perfect for existing clients who have completed a multi-week package or new clients who want to test the coaching waters. This is customizable hour to fit your needs. Existing clients may wish to have a follow up session to re-focus, set additional goals, adjust their existing plan, or just get a boost of support and motivation! For the new client, the coach can help self-assess where you are and where you want to be with your health. You will walk away with a map for your wellness journey.

This package is for current clients who have completed either a 6- or 12-week package and wish to continue with 1:1 support and accountability. The 3 sessions can be spread out over 3 months.
